Every month we will highlight a different topic.

Last month was stretching at your desk to help improve daily aches and pains. In the future we will talk about stretching for good posture and some condition specific stretches (for neck or back pain).

Have an idea for a topic, just let me know!

Enjoy Your Weekend!

Looks like it will be a beautiful weekend! If you are planning on spending time outdoors remember these few tips
Drink plenty of water: We’ve been bundled up indoors for a while now, so make sure you are staying hydrated.
Stretch: If you are planning on doing an activity you haven’t done in a while, make sure to warm up your muscles.
Take your time: Doing too much too soon can cause injury.
Stop in a see your favorite chiropractor! Has it been a while since your last adjustment? Regular chiropractic care can help you feel your best and reduce the chance of injury.  Come on it, I’d love to see you again.
Once again thank you for taking the time to read this newsletter, I am always striving to provide useful information. If you have questions or would like me to address a question in upcoming issues, just let me know!
Sincerely,
Susan Loenrer-Bradshaw D.C.
