I’ve switched to an easier last name

Wedding

As most of you know, on November 10th I married the love of my life. I will be changing my last name, so over the course of the next few months you will see my last name change to Bradshaw.
Thank you to my patients for all the kind words.

Why Maintenance Care?

adjustment

Why do people continue with chiropractic care when they feel well? Is that old saying “oh, once you go to a chiropractor you always have to go back” true?  This is one of the most commonly asked questions.
Many patients opt to stay with chiropractic care on a maintenance or wellness schedule.  I have been a chiropractic patient since I was about 17 years old and like to be adjusted once or twice per month. For myself it’s about feeling my best. Similar to seeing a dentist and brushing your teeth to prevent cavities and other problems, chiropractic care can help improve your day to day aches and pains.
Ongoing research also supports continuing chiropractic care. Clinically over the years in practice I notice a significant difference in my patients who chose to stay with chiropractic care instead of waiting for a flare up.
Though I might be a bit biased towards wellness care, however you chose to use chiropractic care I am here for you.

Once again thank you for taking the time to read this newsletter, I am always striving to provide useful information. If you have questions or would like me to address a question in upcoming issues, just let me know!Sincerely,
