Dear Susan,
Many people are curious about chiropractic care. Do you have a story to tell about your experience at Lone Star Chiropractic? I’d love to grow my reviews online.
Below is the link to google and yelp, but you can also write a testimonial or post on facebook. I appreciate all of you, thank you!
Sciatica
What is Sciatica? Might you have it?Sciatica is a common term when discussing back pain, but what exactly is sciatica?
The sciatic nerve is the longest, widest nerve in the body. “Sciatica describes persistent pain felt along the sciatic nerve, which runs from the lower back, down through the buttock, and into the lower leg”.
Sciatica is a symptom, not the cause of the pain. Causes can vary from problems with the disc in between the vertebra, changes in skeletal structure or from soft tissue (most notably piriformis syndrome). Part of your examination will include testing and possible referral for special imaging to determine the cause of your sciatica.
Determining the cause of your pain will help lead you to the correct treatment. If you or someone you know is suffering or has questions please do not hesitate to ask! I always appreciate and accept referrals.
