Lower body focus: Oh our aching backs! We understand, working from home we often have makeshift desks that are causing an increase in lower back pain. Learn how to increase mobility in the lower back, hips, legs and ankles to alleviate discomfort. Plus we will go over a few of my favorite core exercises to help build strength and stability in the lower back.
