Take control and create your strong posture! We will train you on specific posture exercises for you to do at home. As you get stronger, we will progress to new exercises.
You can add the exercises to your regular monthly wellness appointments, or do a 10 week program. It’s is up to you!

YOGA WORKSHOP
Something I always recommend for my patients is yoga. But it can be intimidating, or you might be unsure if it’s safe for your back. Yoga is wonderful for back pain and improving strength in your core.
Please join us for a workshop on yoga postures designed to build core strength and help release lower back tension. In this intimate setting, we will move slowly through the postures to gain an understanding of the feelings and sensations associated with each. This is an all-levels workshop; beginners are encouraged to attend. Please wear comfortable and loose clothing. Bring a mat.
